"I worked with Clay Fitzhugh, of Paul Cleveland State Farm Agency, and thoroughly enjoyed his down-home Texas friendly persona! Most insurance agents take you to the cleaners, and you end up making a 2nd car payment just for auto insurance! Not with Clay. I told him about me, and hold old my car is, and what I wanted ... not only was he able to get me reasonalble coverage for a car I bought in late 2016, but his rates were the cheapest yet! "AND", after we signed the deal, they didn't come up with some "you had a great distant ancestor who drove wrecklessly so your rates have to change" kind of an excuse. They delivered what they promised! Good coverage. Good rate. Exactly as promised!! (you don't see THAT much anymore) Paul is the owner of the office, but "Clay" is the one I worked with. For my money, Clay is my agent and I will enjoy working with him, and referrring others to him. The sign-up was quick-'n-easy! I loved it!"

"Elizabeth and CLAY are the kindest most considerate agents I’ve ever worked with. Their prompt they get right back to me when I need them. I locked the keys in the car and the guy was there and get get this five minutes. Shocking usually with other companies, you know you could pay weight for two hours so I’m giving it 10 stars. "What was intended to be a routine policy purchase turned out to be much more. Clay was incredibly helpful with the policy breakdown. So much so that I bundled in an additional life policy. It wasn’t an “upsell”. It was a real conversation and diagnosis into my insurance needs as they relate to my lifestyle and income.
